Man Sues Bible Publishers For Making Him Feel Bad For Being Homosexual: Read The Lawsuit

Ah, pro se lawsuits.

Mr. Fowler is also the author of the book, Reconciliation with the G.O.A.T. (God of All Truth). I am sure this fine book will be available in 815’s bookstore any day now, although right now only 100 self-published copies are in existence and available via eBay. Obviously, these books are flying off the shelves since Mr. Fowler does not have the funds to hire a lawyer according to court papers.

Well, there’s a goat involved here, surely, but it ain’t God.

Dunlap says it ain’t smart to sue a book full of Jews…

Only $60,000.000.00? Surely Brad, there is one amongst our brethren at the bar who would take this case on a 1/3 contingency. Imean, you know, Zondervan’s pretty big, got deep pockets.

The suit has been assigned to the chambers of Judge Ana Diggs Taylor, one of the higher magnitude stars in the judicial firmament. It was judge Taylor who issued the poorly written decision ACLU v. NSA, which was overturned by the Sixth Circuit on appeal. If any judge is capable of letting this suit survive dismissal on the pleadings, it is Judge Taylor.

Judge Taylor is a Jimmy Carter appointee, so you know she has to be just right for this case. Steven is spot on.

I feel bad whenever someone calls me homophobic. So I am going to sue Bradley for 6 million plus one dollar. That should assure my getting most of his stolen loot.

Maybe Mr. Fowler should try suing God for mental pain & anguish. That would be both pathetic AND fun to watch.

Why does anyone even bring such a sensationalist topic to a blog such as this. The absurdity of giving a forum to that which should forever remain irrelevant only serves to negate any possible contribution of worth this blog might serve.

I assure you all, no one of any consequence — be they right, left, straight or gay — will take this matter seriously. Of course, if this is really the kind of thing you want to read and discuss, there is always the National Inquirer. Certainly they must have a blog/forum.

Of course, the story is rather amusing … even for a liberal living in Berkeley, California. Perhaps my pronouncement is a bit too “Keith Olbermann.”

PS Typos corrected from previous “stray” post.
