    Yes, this vote does matter in a huge way! It is saying that The House of Bishops is admitting that the Episcopal CHurch is no longer in communion with the Anglican Communion. If this were not the cae, then this vote would be totally absurd.

    As far as I’m concerned…..and I’m certain that many others agree…..The Episcopal Church might just as well give up all pretense that they’re “in communion with the Anglican Communion,” because for all intents and purposes, they’re not. They may SAY they are, but saying so doesn’t make it so.
