    Hi Brad, I thought some time ago, it might be possible to let “white-collar”, non-violent criminals figure out a way to ‘escape”

    They might not “pay their rightful taxes”, but I’d bet they’d live a pretty clean life, wondering if there was an officer looking over their shoulder.. LOL

    There have been quite a few cases where someone “escaped”, and was a thoroughly productive citizen for many years, until they were re-caught.

    Please don’t take this seriously, but you have to admit, its an idea.
